I’m Natalie, founder of NATAMAMA. I wanted to create a space for women where you can feel supported, safe, nurtured and a little bit pampered.

I started on this journey after completing my Reiki 1 qualification in 2008. I knew from that moment that I wanted to help people, so I created my first business ‘Beautiful Within’ where I offered a variety of treatments from Reiki to massage.

I continued to train in various therapies and went on to study Holistic Clinical Aromatherapy, Essential Oil Therapeutics, Therapeutic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology at The Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy, under the inspirational tutor Gabriel Mojay – Founding Co-Chair of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and author of ‘Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit’.

With my Aromatherapy knowledge, I love to create products that help a range of ailments from aching muscles to anxiety.

Whether you need help on a physical or emotional level aromatherapy can support us through these difficult times but it can also be used just to make us feel great.

I am always keen to learn more about our bodies and how we can heal, whether that be through herbs, essential oils or positive touch such as massage.

As the years have passed, I found myself focusing more on women’s health and wellbeing and so I decided to launch NATAMAMA, specifically just for women. My focus for NATAMAMA is fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care and menopause.

I also treat women through all stages of life so everyone is welcome.
